- To facilitate, oversee and provide adequate support to members in need of medical assistance.
- To provide generic medical advice to members when the need arises.
- To disseminate information impacting health-related issues.
- To organize programs or seminars to promote maintain and improve members' health and prevailing health-related matters.
- In collaboration with the Insurance Team provide support for members who need to make claims on insurance policy.
- Any other medical tasks as may be assigned by the Welfare Team
